Basetech is a Dubai-licensed software company working with schools across the UAE. We support, connect, and extend the systems you already have, with a focus on safeguarding and wellbeing.
What we do
Most schools do not need to start again. We integrate, extend, and support the systems already in place, the MIS, the portals, the internal tools, so they talk to each other and hold up under daily use, rather than being replaced wholesale.
Our focus is the pastoral side of a school: how concerns get logged, who sees them, what happens next, and what the record looks like afterwards. We build that around the process a school's designated safeguarding lead already follows.
Capabilities
Parent, staff, and student-facing web systems, built and hosted properly.
Connecting the MIS, SIS, LMS, and safeguarding tools already in place, so information stops being re-entered by hand.
Concern logging, referral, and follow-up flows that match how a school's pastoral team actually works.
Case records and reporting a school can evidence its provision from, rather than reconstruct after the fact.
Advice for school IT and leadership teams planning, extending, or replacing a system.
Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and support so systems hold up through the school year.
Our own product
Alongside our work with schools, we are developing our own safeguarding and wellbeing platform. It is in development and not yet available. Building it keeps our engineering close to how safeguarding actually works day to day, rather than to a specification written at a distance from it.
